What Is The Data Exporter Client?
The Data Exporter Client is a little utility that can be installed on any Windows based computer.  The purpose of the Data Exporter Client is to allow easy synchronisation of employee information between your own system(s) and Accessplan.  This reduces the time and effort required to keep employee information up to date.

What Employee Data Is Exported?
Only basic employee data is exported, just Name, Address, Contact Info, Employment Start/End Date & DOB.

When Can I Use The Data Exporter Client?
The client can be run as frequently and when ever you require. The exported data on the other hand isn't actually processed until the evening.  Running the Data Exporter Client several times during a day will result in only the last export being processed.

What Software Can The Data Exporter Client Export From?
The following programs are supported by the client:
  • Client Care
  • HCO
  • Sage (v7 or newer)
  • PAYE Master
  • Simply Personnel Pro

I've Downloaded The Data Exporter Client, Now What?
The client must be installed on a computer with access to the computer/program from which you wish to export your employee information. All that is then required to run the client is your Accessplan CompanyID. The CompanyID is then used to determine which Accessplan company the exported employee information is to be synchronized with.  All other information required to run the client will be prompted for when you execute the client.

Will The Data Exporter Client Affect My Existing Software?
No, the client works only one way, i.e. it is only cabable of reading from your software and writing to Accessplan. The client doesn't change/amend any of your existing software employee data and as a result only requires read only permissions to access it.

Will I Have To Leave My Computer On?
No, once the Data Exporter Client has been run, thats it, done, your computer can be switched off or disconnected from the Internet.
